Its ridiculous when you think Congress must use the courts to settle this.
Congress, the body we people elected to represent us, should be the authority that strips this guy to the bone. They should not be dependent upon the courts to get things done to an unelected bureacrat.
Only because we have a lawless administration is the reason for having to do this.

I disagree. The Framers got it right when they limited the judicial sort of Congressional proceedings to the impeachment power. Aside from that, all judicial power under the Constitution resides with Scotus and other federal courts created by Congress.
Extra judicial actions by Congress (beyond impeachment) smacks of attainder, i.e. legislative punishment, which is prohibited by the Constitution.
