Conservative Tea Party Conservative political analysts have vetted Steelman pretty well and believe that she is the best hope for the Senate race.
Sure, Steelman as a conservative may not be 100%, but she is called the Sarah Palin of Missouri. That is pretty conservative.
Here's a quote from the Chief Strategist from the Tea Party Express:
Todd Akin is a good conservative Congressman, but (has) no experience as a statewide candidate. So dont think he can win.It seems like Sarah Steelman is the best one to support in this primary.Brunner is an unknown who has never run before (and) doesnt seem to be firmly grounded.
Thanks for the info! It does seem everyone is “jumping” on the conservative bandwagon, and jumping off the GOP-e and commie boat.
It’s a bright sign in this dark world. =)
Hector Maldonado wins straw poll
Last night I received the following results for a Vernon County Straw Poll conducted this past Tuesday. Obviously, it’s a small sample size; nonetheless, it’s impressive that Hector Maldonado bested the three amigos: Todd Akin, Sarah Steelman, and John Brunner:
