Damn all the politicians and radical groups who have helped to create this nightmare. And damn all of our spineless leaders who won’t do anything to end it.
In New Mexico, DWI perps come in all varieties - Anglo, Hispanic, Native American and illegals. Illegals are the only group that as a whole should not be given driver’s licenses. The others have to be dealt with harshly if convicted of a second DWI. However, in many areas of the state driving under the influence is winked at, especially in the northern area where extended families include members in law enforcement and the legal system.
