Orland Park is in the very South West corner of Cook County. Obama's neighborhood is just south of Downtown Chicago.

Geographically speaking, the two are quite a distance apart. The only thing they have in common is being in the same county.

I live 5 minutes from the Orland Park Chik fil A, and I work a stones throw from Obama's house, so I know of what I speak.

Equating Orland Park with the neighborhood Obama lives in, is quite insulting, just FYI.

I didn't say they were in "the same neighborhood" (and certainly the Orland community is nothing like Kenwood or Hyde Park), I said they were in the same county. Chick-Fil-A's are hard to come by, so the Orland Park location is the ONLY one in southern Cook County. (the other two are in northern Cook County) I'm well aware it's a 40 minute drive from "Obama's neighborhood" to the Orland Chick-Fil-A. It's still closer to Obama's house than the other suburban location in Schumaburg. Personally, I think it's GREAT that there was huge turnout at ALL Chick-Fil-A's in Crook County (including the Chicago location), it's a slap at Rahm Emanuel and the left. Those of us in southwest Cook County ALL who want to support Chick-Fil-A use the Orland Park location, whether we lived nearby or not (it takes me about 35 mins. to get to the Orland restaurant, I'm near Chicago city limits) The Burlington, Mass. Chick-Fil-A was likewise packed, and it's geographically the closest one to Boston (although again, it's probably a half hour drive). If the media reports that the "local" Chick-Fil-A's in the Boston and Chicago areas were packed, it embarrasses Obama far more than Mark Kirk does.

For the record, here's the address of all three Chick-Fil-A's in Cook County. Impy's best bet is probably the northern loop location at the Water Tower Place:

Loyola Water Tower In-Line
30 E. Chicago Ave.
Chicago, IL 60611

Southwest Cook County
15605 S. La Grange Rd.
Orland Park, IL 60462

Northwest Cook County
935 E. Golf Rd
Schaumburg, IL 60173

I ate the Orland location on July 24th, and got my dinner last night from the Lombard location near my brother's office (he was nice enough to pick it up for me so I didn't have to waste gas driving to Chick-Fil-A and back over an hour) Here's a photo from last week, lol:
