Mike Huckabee, the Family Research Council and others have declared this Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day. And while Americans should head to the chicken-sandwich restaurant to show their support, they should also take the opportunity to reflect on the intolerant left.
Watching liberals react to Dan Cathy’s comments on marriage and family over the past two weeks revealed their real agenda: shut down and silence anyone who doesn’t agree with them.
Big-city mayors from Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., vowed to use their political clout to keep Chick-fil-A out of their cities. When the company’s top spokesman died unexpectedly last week, one liberal friend of mine declared on Facebook, “Oh, karma, you crafty bitch.”
I thought liberals were the ones preaching tolerance?
The Chick-fil-A kerfuffle helped clarify a point conservatives have been making for years. Liberals are interested in debate only when they’re winning. And on the issue of marriage, they’re 0-for-32 in states that have put the question to voters.
That offers some explanation why mayors Tom Menino, Rahm Emanuel, Ed Lee and Vincent Gray promised to punish Cathy because of his differing view on marriage. What’s scary, though, is that individuals with this much clout think it’s appropriate to use that power to exact the punishment.

Liberals are ignorant, arrogant, bigoted hypocrites that must project their character flaws upon their betters to maintain their false image of moral superiority.
Their point of view traces back to a totalitarian core. They would deny that but that is where their lack of tolerance springs from. All their tactics, strategy and whatever follow a long line of isms with a totalitarian impulse. When they get in power any chance they get they will exhibit it as these mayors have. Whatever they say about themselves and their political view is belied by their actions.
I don’t know why they’re so intolerant. Ask Shep Smith. He would probably know.

Why Are Liberals So Intolerant? Because they have arrested development; they are stuck in adolescence. They are unable to deal with not getting their own way; respond emotionally, and can’t stand it when anyone disagrees with them. They need to grown up.
Because they are fascists.
To put it bluntly, their heads are seriously messed up. Because they can't handle the real world around them, they try to create a world of their own - one they like - sort of like producing their own video game with them as the player.
This is why, when the people don't do as they say, they lose control. They freak. They feel vulnerable. They feel unsafe. Their heads become confused.
To prove my point, look at the democrat base. Homos, felons, single welfare mothers, commies and socialist, race baiters, etc. They're all screwed up. None of them are in control of their own lives. They cry out "Do as I say so I can be safe" or, if they eventually quit trying to control others they say : "Take care of me! I can't make it on my own."
FOLLOW THE MONEY! The big-city mayors are just whoring themselves out to the queers, they are convinced that queers are bursting with cash and ready to visit and spend $$$$ in any “gay-friendly” city!
Liberal leaders and intellectuals are Marxists. Marxists have murdered hundreds of millions of people from their intolerance for anyone who disagrees with them. Their incompetence has killed thousands more. Christians have taken the brunt of that mass murder.
The useful idiots, like the people in Germany who supported the Nazis, don’t realize where the Marxist jealously and hate travels. Alot of them will be killed, too.
