I know the reporters in question—they are not push, obnoxious, or otherwise “harrassing”.
Free speech (reporters’ questions), free assembly/association, and free press don’t get cast aside because management fears publicity.
The reporters were basically providing free advertising for a struggling mall.

congress from passing laws against an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
It does not force private property owners to allow others to use their place of business in a manner they do not want.
