I always have to check to see if the article is semi-satire as well. I don’t know if I ever remember a “President” constantly discussing what he will be doing in his second term without having already been re-elected.
Remember his “official seal” of “The Office of the President-Elect” on his podium before he was inaugurated at the press conferences he would hold? Arrogance to the extreme.
