Slow improvement from getting off the Gralise.　Pain is not as bad as it has been. But I can still feel arthritis developing in my left wrist and hand. The middle finger feels tighter day by day. Sorry to run on about it.

Leaving the office in a half-hour - meeting Mrs. MacNessa at the local pool for some Aquatherapy. I hope you're having a good day - I guess tomorrow is your crunch day. I expect to be on the Canteen later tonight.

Hi again, Kathy! Did the Aqua-therapy this evening on my way home from the office. Got 15 minutes in - felt totally drained at the end. Will be doing this several times per week from here out.
