This is NOT a case of the system failing, it is a case of the system attacking someone for upholding and following the law! Pennsylvania is having a real spotlight shown on its governmental abuses that have been hidden for years. Remember the Pennsylvania Juvenile Court Judges that got paid to send kids to prison? There were a lot of kids who’s futures were permanently damaged before these scumbags got caught.

Unfortunately, it will be another state next week because no governmental system is immune to corruption. I know of no answer to this unfortunate result of the “human condition”!

Perverts of all stripes have free reign in this country. The only time we hear about it is when something happens that is just too big to cover up. Good people are put down by corrupt organizations and their lives destroyed to protect these deviants.

If Americans ever get the courage to take back this country we will find horrors have been committed we do not even consider at this point.

I’ve said it before on other threads... When the SHTF I expect that a lot of people who feel/know they have been wronged are going to take that chaotic opportunity to get revenge. It’s going to get very ugly during that time.

Well-connected family members have related horrifying stories to me about how back in the day the local cops and politicians would get together to assist the Catholic Church in covering-up these incidents. And since JoePa was the most powerful man in this state aside from the Governor, one could easily imagine such things happening if an allegation regarding Penn State came to light.

What is it with the State of Pennsylvania? Has it become a haven for homosexual pedophiles?

"During a session with a female teenage patient, Singer said the patient revealed to him that she was being sexually abused by her father."

"the events of the past three years have proven to me that this nightmare is indeed a reality"

"Nightmare." Interesting choice of words. Who indeed were they protecting, and why? Sometimes, however, it simply boils down to bureaucratic cowardice. That's when they decide to "kill the messenger."

I faced the same type of retaliation within my own organization for doing as the good doctor did. It involved a child molester. We were directed to sweep it under the rug, let the abuser resign in good standing, and move on. I refused to lie. When questioned by investigators I spoke the truth. All hell broke loose because everyone above me in the chain of command had lied.

Why? They were cowards who openly expressed fear of being sued by the abuser in court. Had it not been for the fact my testimony triggered a ground swell of corroborating and recanted statements from others, well let's just say it would have been a very different world for me today.

The entire state buries it’s collective head when it comes to child abuse. I grew up in PA, and there were numerous Catholic priests who were taken out of one parish for child sex abuse, and whisked off to prey on innocent children in another.

No one wanted to admit stuff like this went on. And all the while, more children had their lives ruined.

"I know of no answer to this unfortunate result of the “human condition”!

I do. It's why I require my associates and leaders to have a moral compass. I never allow immoral men to attain positions of authority. I always insist upon following only "bloodied leadership."

"Times have changed. Now it’s a crime if you don’t report it. "

Times have NOT changed- it was a crime back then as well.

Exactly, you are 100% correct, why stop with molestation or gay marriage, soon, they will say a man or woman has a right to marry his or her pets! You wait, the democrats see every sick, perverted, vile behavior as a civil rights issue, so, perversions and amoral behaviors are seen as being human rights, minorities in need of representation, men and women whose human rights are being violated, the Democrat’s platform is Anti-christ, without a doubt, the law of God has no place within their platform, the rule of man is the whole of their law!

I would guess that it was an entire group of pedophiles, most with state jobs in the CSP.

Singer said that most of the same Pennsylvania government agencies that were outraged over the PSU scandal — Child Protective Services, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, and the Pennsylvania State Police — all ignored and buried his report of child molestation.

No wonder Sandusky got away with it for so long.
