Just returned from another extension city to I 10. As it was; never came so close - so often - in a few days; to witnessing outright carnage on the roads. Found myself wondering what the stats were; for San Antonio per road accidents.

Thought too; probably not too different; perhaps; than 'Buford Hwy' area of I 85. . .count on a slowdown; if traveling through.

Sad thing; is how our cities are changing; morphing by population into 'landscapes' so different; than those of past; and so different, from what once envisioned. Of course; 'who knew'?

Am speaking to a poverty of culture and circumstance; with little of the 'higher economic' link; in evidence. Like watching a 'slow death'; in some places.

(Note to Obama; wealth does not travel 'up'; it trickles down; and you know it.) And there is a 'reason' for moral laws. . .and yes; we are to 'love our neighbor'; just not more than - or less than - ourselves.)
