No. They do not.. They are just getting Romney out of the way. The are marginalizing us (Tea Party). Oh, they pretend to keep us engaged but give us no voice. I don’t think it is coincidental that the only pollster that gives Romney any significant lead is Rasmussen.
We are being played, BIG TIME, by the GOP elite. They know they will have Obama in 2012. They are just gearing up for 2016.
You don't need to be respectful of these two-bit monkeys who are throwing stones at you. They have taken this country into a lot of troubled waters. If they were ship captains, they would have been out of work and thoroughly disgraced.
Please feel free to point out their records. You don't need to hold back for the sake of the party, as they don't feel the same way. You don't need to be respectful of them either.
Every time I read about some establishment politician criticizing an outsider like Sarah Palin, I take it as a personal insult. In the Beltway, God-fearing is out and evil is in. Woe unto them.
Perhaps they would like to change the sales rep, but the product line will be pretty much the same.
Sarah Palin has taken charge of the Republican Party and the GOP establishment wants it to stop. On Tuesday, Ted Cruz will win in Texas, making seven elections in a row where Sarah Palin endorsed a candidate to victory. All the stops are being pulled out to discredit her as unsuitable to be VP or President.
Every conservative she places in office replaces one of their reliable GOPe votes. The Cheney interview has more to do with reducing Palin’s credibility in the Texas runoff election than it does about her suitability for VP. A likely Dewhurst loss is a major defeat for the Rockefeller wing of the GOP and if that occurs expect a showdown in MO over Sarah Steelman. The battle will be to get control away from Sarah Palin and back in the hands of the milquetoast moderates. All of these Republicans will win their elections in November, They are in safe states, so the only losses felt will be by the GOPe.
I’m really starting to wonder.
You know, it’s not as if she’s gone out of her way to antagonize Dick Cheney, or Barbara Bush, or Karl Rove, or the others. They chose this fight. And they keep choosing it. And even if I agreed with the veep, and I can assure you I do not, I’d still have to ask the questions: Why at all? And in particular, why now? As noted, she’s not running, but she is on the campaign trail. She is campaigning to help Republicans win. She is campaigning to help build the party. She is campaigning to help beat Barack Obama. About the only thing she isn’t doing so far is endorsing Mitt Romney by name. And dredging up 2008 in order to embarrass her publicly strikes me, and I think would strike any serious adult, as an odd way of getting her to do that, let alone getting her supporters to listen even in the unlikely event it worked. I’ll give Romney this much: At least he’s been smart enough not to let that crap come out of his own mouth.
Fan club members will always come out to defend their idle idol, even if he’s a drugged out fat Elvis, or an RINO establishmentarian like limp Dick here.
The Dick Cheney I first knew as a teenager following politics in the 1970’s was RINO President Gerald Ford’s Chief of Staff.
The idea that Dick Cheney is a “conservative” was one spread by the MSM that considers anyone not Marxist-Leninist a “conservative” including many liberal-moderate Republicans.
DICK CHENEY ALWAYS WAS AND IS A RINO PERIOD......
Governor Sarah Palin is ready to be Commander-in-Chief..
Wee Wilie ...Ah...well...um..
What was the question ???
