I’ve had some very good friends who are Mormons, and they don’t hate Christians. They just think our theology is wrong, as we do theirs. But, hate Christians? No, I think that is a misconception.
Actually, I found that most of my Mormon friends were good, moral people, true friends and lived good lives. However, the Bible teaches us that being “good” won’t get one to heaven. Jesus IS the way, the truth and the life. Yes, they believe in Jesus, but, in a distorted type of way.
So, unless you know for a fact that Romney hates Christians, then I think you should revise your posts.
In fact, the best thing we can do for the Mormons is to witness the truth to them. Whether they accept it or not isn’t our responsibility. I’ve done that in the past, and most of them hold very fast to their false teachings.
This won’t be enough for me to not vote for Romney, because at least I believe he has some morals - unlike the squatter who now occupies our house in Washington.
He’s not “my boy”;however, Obama is someone I do NOT want as my president for the next four years. Obama has already shown he’s a socialist without a conscience.
I’m willing to gamble on being called a “Gentile” by Mitt Romney rather than dealing with the death of my country at the hands of Obama.
Thank God, so far, we are still able to vote.
