The video links to Japanese TV news stories usually last no more than 24 hours or so, so I am not surprised that they (JNN/Yahoo) took it down. It is SOP. But it must be archived somewhere; it could be found no doubt. And if not a video, certainly a hard J news story with the key words, "Yoshiko" ヨシコ and "Donilon"　ドニロン in paraphrase quotes in Japanese.. They even zeroed in on the National Security briefing book page that had the gall to list the Japanese PM's name as a "female". Diplomatic asshats.

Here is a whole Google Japan search page of news showing the gaffe, listed by the Japan Economic Journal (Nikkei), and a host of other Japanese news sources.

The thing already has "feet" here in Japan, even if the video story by JNN was taken down. The damage to the USA and Obama has been done.
