Your welcome, it was sent to me by a relative serving in a sensitive capacity. He knows my gratitude towards our uniformed heroes so he sent it on to me. It was an email working throughout the military community judging by the list of names and ranks in the header. That why it appears sort of chopped up, I did a little editing to post it.
