There are two in Franklin. Always busy. The one in Cool Springs has two drive thru order stations and at lunch time they hire a parking lot attendant.
He moves the traffic along. That part of Cool Springs in the strip mall area is compact...not enough parking.

Hey Tennesseeans! Let's all go to Chick-Fil-A! There's a bunch of them in our highly-God-blessed state of Tennessee! My wife and her brother were in South Knoxville yesterday and they stopped to eat at the Chick-Fil-A on Chapman Hwy. She said the place was so packed they had to wait for a parking spot.
