The Monitor RIO GRANDE CITY A Mexican national remains behind bars in connection with the assault of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent.
Court records state 20-year-old Jorge Hernandez Mondragon was arrested last July 20 along the banks of the river near Rio Grande City. During the arrest, Hernandez tackled a Border Patrol agent in the process of arresting another illegal alien. The other man got away.
Earlier this week, Hernandez went before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dorina Ramos who charged him with both immigration and with assault charges and ordered he be held without bond pending a detention hearing.

So very true... May be we should all carry around mp3 players, have John Lennons, imagine song, be there any encounters with police, we can tell police, listen to our defense, you may say I am a dreamer,but I am not the only one and then be allowed to go about our business ?
