Hussein certainly wants to confiscate Americans’ guns, and this treaty was designed to enable that. But there are still too many IslamoNazis around the world who may need arms from Hussein.

This is a horsecrap statement. The treaty was meant to take away citizens right to have and transfer small arms and to enable governments to be more able to make their citizens subjects.

Another farce sponsored by European leftists and their fascist allies in Russia and China to be used to harass the United States-- you can bet that whatever illegal leakage of civilian arms outside the US exists will be subject to endless UN complaining and lawsuits by the enemies within (like the scum 'defending' the terrorists in Guantanamo by releasing the identities of their interrogators).
