President Barack Obama is backing a controversial campaign by progressives to regulate schools’ disciplinary actions so that members of major racial and ethnic groups are penalized at equal rates, regardless of individuals’ behavior.

I have seen this acting out too many times. I just kick them out and don’t care what happens to me. If I can’t teach the whole class then I am held accountable. These students generally are acting up in other teachers classes and have a long “school rap sheet”. They send them home for a few days and are back to continue their disruptions.

Let us carry this insane logic to a knew level under the following scenario.

Three very bad men, two are black and one is white, hold up a bank. During the holdup each kills a bank teller. The white guy bad man gets the death penalty and deservedly so. The black man that shot a teller also gets the death penalty and deservedly so. At this point if we give any penalty to the second black man it will upset the ratio. The third bad man gets to go free in the name of racial fairness. In addition the white dude’s victim was black so he was also charged with a hate crime. Therefor they killed him twice.

I wish George Orwell were alive today. He would have much to write about!

What will happen is that teachers will not discipline the black kids out of fear but will discipline only kids of other races. Of course, the results will be there for all to see and it will be clear who does well in adult life.

Will government teachers by the millions go along with this? Yep! They will.

Amazing. In other professions, if a professional were to cooperate with methods **KNOWN** to be harmful they would be subject to malpractice suits and loss of their license.

Teaching as a profession seems to live on a very different and special planet. Teachers can fully implement practices that they KNOW are harmful and, not only get away with it, they demand the Mother Teresa award for doing it!

Where are the class action attorneys when we need them? Where are the massive malpractice suits against individual teachers, principals, and superintendents?

We have government schools in this nation because conservatives and Christians allow them to exist. If they really, really, really wanted our culture to improve they would do two things IMMEDIATELY:

1) remove their kids from the government schools.
2) demand that their legislators defund them IMMEDIATELY

They are back to pushing quotas in the justice system. That is like introducing quotas in bank lending.

Like liberals introducing race into qualifying for home loans collapsed the real estate market, introducing race into justice will collapse our justice system and send our country into a tail spin of mayhem.

Great. Our chaotic urban schools will become even more chaotic. White parents who cannot afford private schools and who live in places where the schools have more than 20 percent minority underclass children MUST make any sacrifice to move to a non-diverse (best option) or less diverse school or school district. Twenty percent plus schools are chaotic now. With quota- based discipline destroyng whatever shreds of order that remain, these schools will become downright dangerous.

If everyone except blacks gets their children out of government schools

which is exactly what has happened to my childhood school district of Jackson Mississippi since Christmas break of 1969 (me 7th grade) and forced busing came down emergency court order...imagine this freepers...they actually closed schools an extra week to rearrange kids for racial redistribution...no thought to kids, parents, athletes, transportation, parents work schedules or most of all child safety...

just forced it at US Marshals gunpoint or else

since then the public schools have gone all black...it took around 30 years and whites have mostly gone to suburbs

worse hit have been poorer whites who could least afford it but acutally had intact families

maybe folks now get it why they (crackers lampooned by the media) fought hardest against racial "progress" in the 50s and 60s down South...they knew where they would end up...in the crapper
