Technically your argument is not on very solid ground. On my private property, I don’t take donations to keep it up. Yes, Jim owns the website, that’s a given, but it’s a public forum, paid for with donations. Not exactly the pinnacle of private property. Also, the First Amendment does not prevent me from saying my piece on your property. Property rights prevent me from going on your property. But if I’m at your house, you do not have the right to shut me up. Simply to ask me to leave. Big difference. If Jim wishes that I leave, all he has to do is say so, and I will depart.

So what would you suggest? A viable alternative is an alternative that has a shot at unseating Obama. A third party candidate, especially one who is not on the ballot in all 50 states, is not viable by any stretch of the imagination. That is nothing but a temper tantrum vote throwing yourself on the floor because your guy didn’t win the primary. Writing in Palin? If she didn’t have the guts to throw her hat into the ring, then she’s not worthy of a write in vote (by the way, she’s an ABO herself). So, tell me oh self righteous one...what is your viable alternative?
