Yeah, true, temporary wound channels being what they are and all. But the 7.62 NATO, even if it zips right through, still has this immensely larger transonic shockwave behind it and the hydrostatic shock damage is much higher.

In your experience, what’s the smallest grain .308/7.62 bullet that a 1/10 twist AR-10 barrel will stabilize? I’ve see all kinds of claims in various internet formus.
