I’ve heard they are not allowed to state Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. Hillary won’t even state it. Does anyone know if the Bush administration followed this protocol or has it just started in this administration?

Carney is right. We do know the "position" of this regime when it comes to Israel. We all know it. It's been obvious since early on when Obama left PM Netanyahu waiting, after bringing him in through the back door.
Carney's job is to be the mouthpiece of the president, and this president HATES Israel and Jews with a passion instilled as he grew up as a muslim in Indonesia.

I wonder what kind of lame excuse the inane National Jewish Democratic Council (NJDC) will concoct to explain away Carney's failure to identify the capital of Israel.
Nah, they'll probably not even comment, since (1) they truly agree with Carney that Israel's capital is subject to negotiation and (2) they don't want make Obama and Carney look bad in contrast to the favorable publicity Romney will get in Israel shortly.
