Hugs, fatima.
Farmer Taz reporting in.
All the songs from the early Bond movies and The Godfather. Especially Goldfinger......
Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds - William Shatner in Star Trek movie,
Proud Mary - Leonard Nimoy, Star Trek movie.
Songs from movies or about movies?
“Manchester, England” (from “Hair”) is a funky song about a dropout that finds it groovy to hide in a movie.
“Theme from Love Story” is perhaps my favorite movie music. I like it as an instrumental.
My favorite song from the movies is the little song that accompanies Chaplin's dancing dinner rolls. If you haven't seen it before, here it is.

Good morning, Everyone.
Good morning to our
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, fatima, for preparing the Canteen for todays activities.
Can't think of any favorite movie song.
I like seeing what others have picked.
Although I must say
that Unchained Melody is one of the best of the bests...
with or without the movie Ghost.

Well, the rain last night missed us again.
I want to scream and throw a tantrum but
I heard that many states in the country are experiencing
the worst drought in ages.
Going to make my rounds.
I'm hoping if I get all my work done early
I can slip out and
get a head start on the weekend.
But, please stay right where you are.
Don't leave the room...meet and greet visiting military or their
family members.
Remember, the Canteen is ALWAYS
Come in and sit for a while.
There's always plenty of coffee, tea
pancakes, conversation, silliness,
and plain old BS
