You can shoot him, or you can shoot your Sargent, who you don’t like because he reminds you of a guy you hated in school. You decide to shoot him. You re shot and Civilization ends. Your tactic was to play the roll of a teacher telling me to stay after and do the erasers.  Look, that's an okay tactic.  You set the parameters.  I'm merely playing along.  You don't have to tell me what my take has to be.  Merely tell me what your take is.

I stated I couldn't vote for Romney.  I also stated I was not going to try to do him in politically.  Your hypothetical is flawed.

Romney continues to run, and others who can stomach the guy are free to vote for him.  Civilization doesn't end, although I still expect it to be damaged some more if Romney wins.  I think it would be damaged more than that, if Obama were re-elected.

I still maintain, I will have no part in this.  When the Republican party gets serious about getting back to bedrock values, they'll find me waiting to support their candidates.
