TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush thinks Sen. Marco Rubio is ready to be vice president and he shared those thoughts with presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney, he said Wednesday.
Bush said he has been a huge fan of Rubio's for years and hopes that Romney chooses him. He said he made his pitch to Romney in a recent conversation, but the former Massachusetts governor didn't reveal which direction he was leaning. Bush said the choice is a personal one and respects Romney for keeping his thoughts close to his vest.
Romney has said he is considering Rubio, a freshman senator who was elected in 2010.

I totally agree with you. The Bush’s have held sway over this land for too long and Jeb can just go pound sand.
Rubio camme along as a smooth talker. Who else has done that in recent memory? (Answer: O). Oh! Yea, we do not need another one of those. Besides he has attacked Michelle Bachmann over the Huma Abedin Weiner-Muslim Brotherhood connections.
He is too naive. Needs seasoning. He may improve, or all his warts may start to show.
so bin laden’s child could become President as long as he was born in an American hospital I guess
So true and I am tired that the American people can not select their own candidates.
Oh Yeah! Those are the same folks who are trying to cram David DEWhurst down our throats as Kay Bailey’s replacement down here in Texas.
Their problem is that we ain’t buying what they are selling anymore!
However much a RINO Romney is, he IS a smart guy and he wants to win. He must know he needs to pick a tough pit bull type conservative that will galvanize the voters to get out there turnout wise like they did in Wisconsin, plus to call out Zero’s policies during the campaign and debates. He needs a plain talker and a fighter like Allen West, who has been my favorite up until now. But I am starting to think he may choose Palin and that would be fine with me. I love seeing liberal heads explode and he would win for sure with her.
Well of course he does, Jeb is also a big Globalist Amnesty Queen masquerading as a conservative.
Birds of a feather....
Good. Darned good! :^)

If the American hospital is in America and the Dems
can muster enough cemetary votes then, yes,
Bin Ladin’s kid can be prez. In fact, he may
already be.
Of course Bush likes him. They are both RINOs.
If Romney goes with a Mexican-American, yes he can mobilize a certain proportion of the voters in that segment of the voter base.

Romney is a Mexican American. His father was born in Mexico.
I have no idea where you got that quote, but it is demostraitenly incorrect. The very definition of NBC is someone born in a country to parents that are it’s citizens. It is a simple matter of language. Language that the Founders used when writting Article II of the Constitution. There are numerious referances to this definition in various USSC decisions most notebly Minor.....”born in country to citizen parents......”
To argue otherwise is the sign of either severe willful ignorance, or the mark of an Obama apologist troll.....which are you?????
No need to call names. Not a troll....been here longer than you.
A little research would tell you that just like a little research would
inform you about the Congressional Research Service. Even wiki has
info about it. Try ‘natural born citizen/Congressional Research Service’
on wikipedia. And try not to be so rude especially when communica-
ting w/a fellow Californian.
Obama apologist, indeed.
oooh
“Try natural born citizen/Congressional Research Service”
LOLOLOLOL....a liberal Librarian’s definition of NBC?????
LOLOLOLOLOL The USSC disagrees, and that’s good enough for me.
“Not a troll....been here longer than you.”
A pure non sequitor and a Unionist’s viewpoint. You’re pushing a view of the term NBC that is unsupportable by 18th century language, by law.... per USSC decisions, and by over 2 hundred years of US custom in support of a communist usurper in the White House or his Republican counterpart. I don’t care how long you’ve been here. Looks like you’ve finally been outed. Up-thread there is a whole list of guys just like you that are no longer with us for the very same reason. I tangled with most of them at one time or another too.
Rude? Not me, I call a spade is a spade.... I need not call it a shovel for PC’s sake. Being PC just chafes my rear, especfially with you Obama Apologist/troll types.
Query me this? Why did the DNC/Nancy Pelosi change their certification of Barack Obama to the various States SOS from that of meeting Constitutional requirements to him simply being the DNC’s nominee??? Could it be that they were/are well aware that BO is NOT a NBC? Ya think?
We don’t need a Republican version, Rubio/Jindal v NBC, of Barack Obama’s lack of Article II standing......I’m not buying it, and no genuine Conservative would either.....to promote that idea, as you have, types you to be just what I said.....either an Obama Apologist or a troll.....there is no other plausible reason. None whatsoever. (I discount your being a simpleminded fool) A spade is a spade, not a shovel......
“And try not to be so rude especially when communica-
ting w/a fellow Californian.”
So what eastern seaboard or liberal/Democrat state did you emigrate from before you started calling yourself a “Californian”????
