It’s in your candidate’s court. He’s going to recant gay couples, gay adoption, RomneyCare with its abortion funding, and amnesty OR Romney is toast.
Conservatives, especially social conservatives, will turn elsewhere.
In the end, the only “elsewhere” is Obama. We can't survive another 4 years of O. And if Obama is elected again we probably won't survive another four years!
“...Conservatives, especially social conservatives, will turn elsewhere...”

And I wonder where that would be? It is really amazing how blind to the big picture some FReepers are. The biggest issue in November is getting Obama out of the White House and cleaning Washington of all the anti-American trash he has created his “bypass ghost government” with. It does not matter WHO the other candidate is.
And when it comes to a conservative perspective, I am almost as conservative as they come. I left the Repubs about a decade ago for obvious reasons, mainly because I am a conservative. So I certainly do not need anyone defining conservatism to me. Especially from the perspective of our Constitutional Republic and what it all stands for, how it came to be, and WHY it came to be.
Time to get real. This is a top-down issue election. If Obama wins it, the Republic is gone. We can handle Romney.
Pray to God the majority of the electorate realize what the BIG problem really is.
Only the ones who either don't give a damn about their country or the ones who are too dull to understand the threat posed by four more years of the Kenyan.
It is a painfully obvious element of logic that one shouldn't let the great be the enemy of the good. I didn't get to take Heather Locklear to the prom but I love the woman I married. Third party proponents need to do some growing up or look into a move to Realville. This is serious; take it as such.
I am as conservative as they come fiscally and socially and I live in VA. I will be voting for Romney. Why, because this country will not survive another four years of Obama. Romney was not my first choice for the R nomination by a long shot, but we need to play the hand we've been dealt.
