Of course we’re going to discount all the drunk drivers that get in their cars and kill people while we slap them on the wrist. And we all want our children’s faces chewed off by some idiot high on pot instead of bath salts, or some pot smoking Occupier who furthered his altered state of mind with 100 mg of vicodin before he set out on his mission.
