This event happened last week.
One comment I read had me laughing on and off all day (to paraphrase):
“Imagine...you go shopping late to avoid the crowd...one minute you are pricing the squeezy mayo...next minute you look up and it’s Zulu Dawn”.
I didn’t really need to go look to be sure it was the usual suspects.
I looked and sure enough it was.
I guess that makes me a racist.
In a totally unrelated story, Jacksonville, FL, has a serious problem with "food deserts" (shown in red, I think), where there is no local access to grocery stores larger than a 7-11 convenience mart. Why would the businessmen of Florida miss out on such an obvious opportunity to profit from opening stores in poor neighborhoods?
