(Obama and his chimps publicly said that we need to buy Brazil's oil (rather than develop our own)). Obama and his chimps would rather spit in the face of Canada, our greatest ally, and dare them to sell their oil to the Chinese rather than allow a pipeline to be built into America.

Growing up in Western NY (north of PA) there have been TV reports for years, well before Fracking, showing ignitable water from faucets. Natural occurring gas in water wells is rare but not very rare.
