If Mitt wins I don’t he will establish the LDS as the official religion.. Since the Constitution clearly prohibits it.
Utah hasn't “established” mormonism as the official religion, but the religion rules the state all the same.

That may have been true 40 or 50 years ago, but there have been too many people who like the Utah lifestyle, but are unwilling to do the work necessary to keep that lifestyle, for your statement to be true today.
