A high school principal was arrested Thursday after police allegedly found him naked in a house, covered with a dog's blood.
The Washington County Prosecutor's Office said 43-year-old Christopher Webb was arrested Thursday morning, charged with aggravated assault on a family member, domestic battery, interfering with emergency communication, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest and aggravated cruelty to a dog.
Farmington Police Chief Brian Hubbard said Webb is the Farmington High School principal. Hubbard was unable to comment about the status of Webb's employment.
Officers said they saw Webb choking a woman and a dead dog in the bathtub with its throat cut.
Bond has been set at $5,000 for Webb, who is being held in a hospital, prosecutors said.

This sounds pretty sick and wacko, and only five thousand bond. There is a deeper story here somewhere.”” Demons gone wild.”

...who hasn't found themselves in that situation at least once? Not me. Goat's blood is as far as I was willing to go. A feller's gotta have some standards.

From another source:
Shrum, who is a widow (the victim), and Webb co-own the home where the violence took place, according to property records. Webb owns one other property in Washington County and is registered to vote at a third residence.
WTH?
