This has got to change. They are going to go on to transvestite rights and then to the elimination of all military chaplains and on-base churches.
If Romney and/or the Republican congress walk back these orders, the media will go insane but the American public will back them up.
I hope somebody in the Republican party is developing a strategry for walking this back, these privileges given to 3% of the population, and probably much, much less of the military population.
It’s going to destroy morale not only among active-duty but among their wives/husbands and dependants. Nobody is going to go to military events any more with these lesbo/gay couples right out in front crying Look at me! Look at me!
But then, maybe destroying morale is what it’s all about.
Only a significant drop in recruitment and retention will reverse this nonsense. Decent people need to shun the military.
