Am I the only one who can't make heads or tails of what that is supposed to mean and I've seen/read enough Bureaucratic Mumbo Jumbo/Doublespeak to last me a life time, but they never cease to amaze.

Oh great, someone comes here with forged I.D. which is pretty easy to obtain coming from one of the many states which sponsor/support terrorism and how is the Dept of Homeland [IN]Security going to very any info said person has?
However, a “weakness” in TSA’s Alien Flight Student Program, noted by GAO, is that it does not check for immigration status.
Now what could possibly be the reason for not doing this other than their being PC and in keeping with this Administration's refusal to check people's immigration status
“AFSP is not designed to determine whether a foreign flight student entered the country legally; thus, a foreign national can be approved for training through AFSP after entering the country illegally,” stated the GAO in its report.
The ONLY reason we have not been attacked again is that due to the ineptness of those who have tried and plain dumb luck..NOT for anything our FECKLESS, moonbats at the DSH/TSA have done to keep us safe....
...but its only a matter of time (not IF but WHEN) before we suffer much worse attacks than 9/11 and I predict within 18 months, we will see the start of suicide bombers.
