Sounds like a real jerk to me.
That was my first thought too and I'm glad I wasn't the first one to say it. Getting banned from Disneyland and Sea World doesn't exactly sound like a nice guy to me. Of course, he was a smoker so he probably enjoyed annoying others and not caring what they thought about him.
