I saw that post. Just so the casual reader knows what you're referring to, here it is:
I live in a predominantely African-American area. It has been in the papers that on previous elections, when the polls closed, the poll workers “voted” for those people who hadn’t bothered to come out and vote. In other words, they gave extra votes to the Democratic candidates. So, I stand by my statement that staying home is a vote for Obama!
In other words, Democrats are going to cheat like they do in every election. And this is supposed to terrify me into giving my vote to someone whose record mirrors Obama's in all but party affiliation?
Yes, by all means. Let's 'win' by ousting the radical left-liberal from the White House, and install our own radical left-liberal in the White House. Brilliant! That'll save the nation!
Read and sign:
“I, __________________, declare that I have decided that conservatism has failed, and as such, I will vote for the liberal Republican, Mitt Romney, a man whose left-wing record in office I am fully aware of. It is with open eyes and no regrets that I now disavow everything that conservative ideals and the American Constitution ever stood for, just to get Obama out of office.
Further, by doing so, I accept that I have adopted the very things I formerly despised, to get a liberal elected President, and henceforth have no legitimate right to ever be trusted again - since my newly adopted situational ethics allow me to bend like a twig in the prevailing political winds."
