I don’t know if you are old enough to remember the original Extra Strength Tylenol Capsule cyanide poisioning tampering case. The real story was a woman wanted to kill her husband and put cyanide in his tylenol capsules. Then she tampered with several other bottles at different stores to make it look like a random tampering case. Some innocent people were killed taking these pills.
