It was obvious to all but those who refused to see that “equal opportunity” would not even things up the way the leftist utopians envisioned. So, of course, the only remedy now is “equal outcome” by government fiat.

They’ve taught the kids to “Aim for Mediocrity, it’s only fair.” They have no drive, no ambition and they don’t value education for the sake of being educated. They think that education is no but vocational training.
Do you realize that almost every college student, today, takes a required course in social justice, even graduate school students? I wouldn’t send one of my kids to a college that required a course in social justice. I would refuse to pay the tuition.

Besides legalized abortion, affirmative action is the worst policy this government has embraced in the last 40 years. It is a de facto statement by the government that blacks, Hispanics, and women are inferior, and it is happily accepted as such by its “beneficiaries”.
