I didn't read it as praise of our Capitalist system, but rather as praise for the collectivist functions of government that enabled the creation of the nation's infrastructure. Obama sees private enterprise as parasitic, diverting *money* away from the true power structure.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Communist.
