I have to wonder if all the Romney haters on this site were the same people who ran home to mom when they lost at games as kids. I did not vote for Romney in the primaries. If you asked anyone that knows me, they would say I am right of Reagan. What I don't understand is all of you that love this country, which I truly believe you do, that are willing to not vote for Romney and potentially allow this country to fail by re-electing Obama!, how does that make sense?
Roll is someting you can do, or something you can have. Noun or verb.
Role, that's for actors.
You aren't making any sales here.

Well we shall see how able Romney is in defending himself against the masters of ruthless attacks. Let his supporters take on the liberals instead of continuing the gutless attacks on those already cast out and off the political battlefield. I have heard over and over and over elections are to seduce those so called moderate independents. So I am going to watch this circus, come November I will vote for Congressional candidates.... and by then I may have recovered from the LIES of the Romney camp to vote for their brand of liberalism.
If you're going to convince me to vote for the gay Kenyan slime, you're going to have to do better than that.
Not at all. He needs to enlist Newt.
Go Newt!!! (just reminiscing...)
Obviously not with you, but then you're not the only one reading these posts.
I will continue to work for NOT killing babies in the wonb, keeping my firearms, and smaller government.
I don't put much faith in government at any level.
If my purity doesn't mean anything here, today... I can live with that.
I'm seriously trying to keep down the number of things I have to explain at a Throne in the future.

That post tells a whole helluva lot more about you, Artie, than it does about those of us willing to assess the long-term consequences of Romney and who understand that, as FReepers Jim Wayne and Kazan pointed out yesterday:
A) Obama's reelection will result in growing Republican majorities in Congress and that state level; Romney's election would result in Democrats taking back Congress and the White House.
And B) Romney's win would strengthen the RINO hold on the GOP. ....
Romney's loss, on the other hand, would put the fear of God into RINOs who would move right to save their own skins; they would be much more motivated and powerful in fighting a re-elected Obama who, incidentally, is a mortal and not a king, Obama Hysteria to the contrary.
FACT: Not a single one of us here can actually vote "against" either Obama or Romney. We can only vote FOR in elections, any election, ever. There is no voting "against" -- it is a sophistry; you can only vote "against" by voting FOR something to take its place. The worst part of ABO is that it risks a landslide for Romney, which would give progressivism in the Republican party a popular mandate. Romney with a popular mandate would relegate conservatives to an impotent minority; they would be outmanned and outvoted in Congress by a coalition of moderate Republicans, Republicans craven to Romney, and Democrats.
Since we cannot vote "against" either Obama or Romney, the only way conservatives can wield their presidential vote to give a leg-up to conservatives they'll be voting for down-ticket, is to vote third party. Every third party vote, from disillusioned Democrats to Independents to Green Party wackos to conservatives who've finally identified their participation in Einstein's Definition of Insanty -- every third party vote will count toward weakening and ultimately denying a popular mandate for whichever big government statist wins, Obama or Romney. And that will give an advantage to conservatives.
Some won't vote for Mitt. Some will.
It is what it is.

I don’t anticipate Newt doing much campaigning for Romney.
Not after Romney shafted Newt’s chances with his dirty ads.
That’s what I’m talking about.
There’s no way, Romney will go after the Marxist in the same low-down manner he went after his TEA Party conservative rivals.
He and his GOP-E are too timid, PC and scared to death of being called racists to properly take it to the Marxist, plus they’re too damn much alike.
Shameful, disasterous choice, that Romney.
It looks like Mitt is planning on following the classic GOP strategy of pouring on the power in the last couple of months. I wish he WOULD tell Obama off about these whoppers that Obama is telling about him, rather than letting the shoes drop of their own accord (typically they get frowned on by fact checker organizations) in their own sweet time. But maybe his advisors suggest that against Obama this would be counterproductive and simply encourage Obama to raise more distractions. I don’t know. It’s too soon to say. One thing we can be pretty darn sure of is that Obama will never, ever accuse Mitt of being too liberal.
Whats the point.
If we do exactly that, the House of Representatives becomes majority Democrat.
Constitutionally, revenue billes— taxes— come from the House of Representatives.
so.....Really??
Ouch! That's gonna leave a mark! {^)
They want government there to pretend to protect them.
When someone upsets that applecart, they act like 3 year old little girls.
Laundry ensues.

The fact is that voting for anyone but the Republican is a passive vote for the Democrat. In this case that is Obama. That makes you and every other NON-Republican voter an Obama voter by default. Whether you are JRandom Freeper, John Doe or even Jim Robinson.
This is NOT a choice election. It is a referendum on Obama’s first four years of governing. Making it a choice election plays into Obama’s hands.
We have a two party system. The opposition party has a man named Romney on the ballot. To vote for anyone else is to accept the alternative, willingly. In this case it is four more years of Obama.
By the way:
The easiest way to spot the loser in an argument on line is to look for the spell checker, grammar corrector and name caller.
I found the loser.
Well, I’m not sure about the Congressional roster for November, but we need to make sure we don’t lose sight of the new Conservative candidates and those hoping to keep their seats. This might be a better use of our time than trying to figure out the POTUS conundrum.
And not to forget the VP which remains unannounced!
There is no such thing as a passive vote, skooter.
It's not a referendum.
Call me a loser if you like.
I still won't vote for Romney.

We, as God fearing people, must accept that we can only do what seems the only thing that is close to right. Removing Obama from office.
It is a crying shame, but we can pray that God helps Romney to do the right things while in office. We already know from whom Obama gets his marching orders.
