No. I already made my statement on the difference between worship and the act of worship.

There’s nothing heroic in telling others to not do something that you would never do yourself. Heroism is having a half-dozen unwanted foster children living in your house.
I think what he means is that if the culture and people are Christian, both in belief and actions, it means little what the actual laws are. If you are moral, there is no need for outside forces. As far as a half dozen foster kids, a lot of them are in foster care because of the sins of their parents. If people take care of their own, there would be less need for foster care.
And abortion won’t stop until enough people have it in mind to hate it.
