One thing though: If you pull this trigger and fail, you have a newly-annoyed judge.

True. it’s also fodder for the appeal if the judge remains.

The NEXT thing this atty needs to do is fight for a change of venue - that should have happened long long ago too.

You're right. But after even a cursory reading of his July 5th Order Setting Bail, it is hard to imagine that he can get anymore annoyed than he already is. So they might as well go for it.

Which lays the ground for a decent appeal.

One way to ensure an evenhanded judge is threats of impeachment, loss of pension and 10 years in prison, but we need a congress with stones for that.

Thaddeus Stevens (April 4, 1792 – August 11, 1868), chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, was a master at threatening federal judges. He had whale balls.

If he acts even more biased and political after this, he’ll cause real professional problems for himself and the integrity of the trial. He’s already decided Zimmerman is guilty and has done all he could do to harm Zimmerman’s reputation, so MOM has nothing to lose in exposing his problem to public scrutiny.

He has mugging for the klan with the tan mob in his courtroom and in the media. But he forgets that there are also many others watching who are not impressed with Dem party racist lynch mobs and their media spin. He thinks he’s safe with political and inJustice Department backing, but he is going to see those politicans scramble like cockroaches when this thing is exposed as another Leftist witch hunt as happened at Duke.

How many innocent people has this radical race baiting judge railroaded?

This judge is unfit for office. I cant see the judge surviving this, I just read the very very lengthy damning motion for removal that is posted at http://gzlegalcase.com/

It is down right damning of this judge, I think he is history
