I am LMAO at that Hyena reference....reminds me of a few I have heard in the ER over my career....three all time favorites are:
“I have a mild green headache” translation...she has a Migraine
“My baby done ben vomikin an vomiken an ma done toll me he done got da smiling mighty Jesus” translation...the baby has been vomiting and she thinks he has spinal meningitis
