“I have a mild green headache” translation...she has a Migraine
“My baby done ben vomikin an vomiken an ma done toll me he done got da smiling mighty Jesus” translation...the baby has been vomiting and she thinks he has spinal meningitis
“Doc toll me I got fireballs on my eucharist” translation: I have fibroids on my uterus”
