The problem with Condi is that it makes it Obama vs Bush...Condi will be grilled over her role in the leadup to the Iraq War, it’s going to open up a can of worms that was best left alone.

endorsed John McCain,
endorsed Orrin Hatch,
endorsing Condi Rice.

....TRUE COLORS shining through.

Go back under your rock, Sarah. Your opportunity has passed you by.

Plagiarizing ME from earlier:

We don’t need a female ‘John Roberts’ in the WH to stab us in the back, TOO!

I like Condi and I thinks she’s totally qualified, but I don’t fee like she can be trusted..

ALSO…

She’s super qualified, but I don’t think she’s solidly in the Conservative camp. I never have felt she was.

It’s just a visceral feeling I have in my gut that minority candidates (any minority) have to strive twice as hard and demonstrate twice as commitment, if they want to pass for Conservatives.

There are way too many temptations for them to ‘make their career’ by yanking a rabbit out of a hat and shocking everyone with some last minute and wholly unexpected ‘about-face’!!!

As a prime example, Powell has tap-danced around like this for decades, to the point where he has made himself totally irrelevant and can be believed and trusted by NO ONE.

The massive political capital he COULD have accumulated was squandered by his perpetual and selfish insistence on riding the fence

Yeah, Sarah? Do you realize that Condi is pro-abortion?

I wonder if Condi really wants her private life and dating history open to inspection. She was dating some married football player a number of years ago.

Stay Calm everyone. Sarah is not going to bring up the short falls of Condi because she is NOT going to be the Veep Choice. So Sarah doesn’t have to be in the trap of not supporting a women. Plus her comment that Condi is more qualified than the sitting President is a classic Sarah zinger.

I am starting to think that “Sarah” is not NEARLY as smart as we were led to beleive she was/is.

WTF?!? Didn't Condi Rice vote for obama? (In other words, she voted against McLame/Palin '08.)

Voting for obama is an automatic disqualification!

The VP will likely be Susana Martinez, she will fit in perfectly with Romney...a Dem before she was a "republican"....

Or it will be Brian Sandoval, elected Governor of Nevada. He was appointed United States District Judge for the District of Nevada by President George W. Bush in October 2005, becoming the state's first Hispanic federal judge.

Sure Romney personally promised he’d pick a pro-life VP but hey? What are the pro-lifers going to do? Vote for Obama?

This is their answer every time they stick a finger in the conservatives’ eyes.

[SLAP!] Hey, don’t get mad, we have to stick together to defeat Obama.

I can hear the democrats and media now....

“Romney is a racist for picking Rice.”

“Romney is a sexist for picking a woman”

“Romney is desperate”

“Republicans would never allow her to be the nominee for President”

“Rice is stupid anyway and a sell out to her race”
Actually, I think they already used that one.

“Rice is Bush in a skirt”

“Rice has no experience”

“Rice is a felon too”

Sorry, Sarah, but if Mitt wants a neocon chickenhawk as his VP, he ought to go all the way and name little Billy Kristol. He just LOVES to send other peoples’ kids into impossible no-win foreign meatgrinders.

Gee whiz, it was just Palin being her typical self, being generically upbeat and positive about a fellow Republican... and then using this as a springboard to slam Obama. A few moments later she made it pretty clear she strongly wanted a pro-life ticket.
