The male and female are the mother and father period. Both have child support financial liability. The other female is just a fetish partner of the woman and has nothing to do with the genetics.

Uh... Why did she ask the federal government for permission? It would seem to me that insemination could easily be done in private.

“The woman claims that this policy is not fair as heterosexual couples can simply have sex.”
So maybe she needs to sue God and Mother Nature?

The woman claims that this policy is not fair as heterosexual couples can simply have sex.
Exactly because that's how God created us you freak. Oh' and any children resulting from said sex is the legal and financial responsibility of the heterosexual couple. Now put your turkey baster away and go have sex like normal people.

“A California woman is suing the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for “unconstitutional” sperm donor policies. “
“The woman is now suing claiming that the FDA is too involved in her personal business.”
But getting the government to proclaim ‘same sex marriage’ it quite alright, right?
They don’t want the government to intrude in ‘their’ lives, but it’s quite alright for the government to intrude in ‘our’ lives, if it fits their agenda.

Why doesn’t she just make the baby with her sperm donor “friend” the old-fashioned way? I guess they are all afraid she will like it, putting the lie to their fantasy that they are “born that way.”

Gotta luv this one too..
“Basically, the woman makes the claim that what goes on behind private doors, should remain private.”
Unless it’s a ‘gay pride’ parade with sex in the streets for everyone to view..
Then it’s ok... /sarc.
