Every time I see a disgusting story like this, I imagine a similar scene in medieval Europe. Imagine walking through a village, circa 1423 or so, and you come across a hanging bloated corpse covered with flies with birds pecking at his flesh. You ask "what happened with this fellow?". Someone tells you "we caught him trying to sodomize and murder a child, so we hung him". "Cool", you think, and walk on your way.
It galls the heck out of me that we think we are such an advanced civilization when we let evil POS pervs like this guy walk the street. And society pats itself on the back for being advanced, compared to those barbarians in the middle ages.
This abomination (almost forgot the original spelling of that word...) needs such a traditional punishment.
I vote for binding him to a post, stacking bundles of dry sticks about him then setting the pile ablaze.
And someone should call out to him: "Do you renounce Satan?"
