Immigration officers doubted Obama birth story (Corsi tip-off to 7/17 Apaio Posse findings?)

NEW YORK – Immigration documents filed in 1961 cast doubt on whether Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was the president’s biological father and indicate federal officers were prepared to investigate whether the Kenyan was married to the president’s mother, Ann Dunham.

Aside from the image of a long-form birth certificate released by the White House April 27, 2011 – a document Sheriff Arpaio’s law enforcement investigation has found probable cause to believe is a forgery – what documentary evidence is there that Barack Obama was the biological father?

In the third sentence of the third paragraph, the Dahlin memo adds the detail that McCabe reported the Kenyan had gotten Dunham pregnant, a fact that would have been consistent with the marriage being legitimate.

Except, Dahlin adds, McCabe reported that the Kenyan and Dunham did not live together and Obama Sr. and Dunham were contemplating giving the baby away to the Salvation Army.

The facts suggest a sham marriage arranged for immigration purposes only: a supposedly married couple who do not live together, a “husband” with multiple girl friends on the side and a baby neither parent seems determined to raise.

The decision to give away the baby to the Salvation Army after Obama Sr. “got” Dunham pregnant must have caused the INS to wonder precisely what kind of relationship existed between the two.

The memo indicates Obama Sr. might have been testing the waters to see what impact claiming a U.S. citizen wife and a U.S. citizen child would have on the INS. Officials would question whether he was the natural father or if he was merely the “stand-in” father, covering up an embarrassing situation.

University officials say the fund will support an endowed chair in the anthropology department and scholarships for students focused on that field and other social sciences. Dunham received a BA in Mathematics from UH-Manoa in 1967, then went on to earn an MA (1983) and PhD (1992) in Anthropology from UH. The fund is in the name of Ann Dunham Soetoro, the name Obama’s mother adopted after marrying her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. She also name during years of anthropology studies.”

U of H can not even seem to get it right.

From the first article:

From the second:

If these were reporter articles the confusion might be understandable. But both statements come from the University itself. The claim of a Mathematics degree is pretty specific.

You fail to mention the FOIA INS docs affirming in April 1961 an alleged marriage on Feb 2, 1961 a pregnancy and attempted Salvation Army adoption (never would an Obot have an incentive to allege this violation of the “Dreams” narrative) a birth of a baby named BHO II on Aug 4, 1961 and an impending plan in August of 1961 for the USC spouse to leave HI to attend a Washington University.

Of course the U of WA transcripts do not look like 1961 era transcripts because non of the transcripts purport to be 1961 era transcripts. One is from 2009 and confirms 1960 graduation from Mercer, Fall 1960 Russian with credit given by U of WA in addition to Fall 1961 attendance at U of WA (absent any evidence of forgery...which you haven't presented).

Rather than impeach the HI Registrar's letter, the U of WA transcripts from the 1970’s/80’s and the 2009 transcript corroborate the U o HI Registrar's letter.

None of the numerous documents corroborating Stanley Ann's attendance in Russian class in HI in 1960 and in the Fall of 1961 at U of WA and the FIOA INS docs can be proved to be forged unless the originals can be independently forensically examined and/or proved up in discovery under the Federal Rules of Evidence, which they have not been to date..nor have any credible claims of prima facie forgery been made by you, IMO.

Rich Anderson's story is hearsay several degrees removed, IIRC with zero documentary support and is contradicted by numerous claimed firsthand witness accounts.

Then, in the space below Box 7, Obama Sr. did not list Barack Hussein Obama II as his son – an omission that is hard to understand if the child supposedly was born earlier that month.

Yes, I noticed that. For some reason or another, Jerome Corsi does not mention it, neither in this article nor, IIRC, in his book "Where's the Birth Certificate?"

Could be that (1) Obama Sr. was completely unaware of baby Barack's birth; (2) Obama Sr., for some reason, didn't want to axknowledge baby Barack as his child; (3) Barack Sr. thought that he wasn't the father; or (4) the real DOB was sometime later than the date Obama Sr. completed the INS application for extension of stay.

For example:

Let's say SADO travelled alone to Kenya and gave birth there on Aug 4, 1961. She immediately notifies her parents, who register the birth as being a birth to an HI resident, and then SADO flies from Kenya to Seattle.

At this time, she and her parents are alienated from BHO Sr and either chose not to notify him or are unable to notify him due to some combination of him being a drunken, woman-beating playboy frequently on a bender and in-between semesters...perhaps out-of-pocket from his own flat at the time.

Just one of many possibilities.

Also, if I recall correctly, Stanley Ann did NOT seek any child support from Obama Sr. in her divorce petition.

This was even though she also was just a poor student at the time and even though Obama Sr. was going to hold an advanced degree in economics from Harvard (and therefore might well in the future be in a much stronger position financially).

I suspect she knew that if she tried to come after Obama Sr. for support money, he would publicly deny that the baby was his and spill the beans about her sexual activities with Frank Marshall Davis.

And she did not want that happening, so she did not ask for child support.

Could be that he was married to the USC wife who left him and returned to the Philippines after they arranged for someone to care for the child she had, the child they named BHO2, which the kenyan later took to Kenya with him in 1964.

A child that may have been in foster-care, or living in Hawaii with Frank Marshall Davis and his wife Helen and their four mixed-race children...

Could be that he crossed out the name of his USC wife and replaced the name with Ann S Dunham because the wife who left him was Ann S Obama shown living with the Dunhams and the Pratt family who all shared the house...and Stanley Ann Dunham wasn't in Hawaii, she was probably living in Chicago with her uncle where Charles T Payne was Deputy Director of the Library at the University...

Could be that, as an au pair, at the age of sixteen, living in Hyde Park with her uncle and his wife, who was on a committee with the wife of David Axelrod, she was introduced to people who would recommend her for a position as the nanny-au pair for an unidentified child...

Could be that the child of the kenyan student and the woman identified as Ann S Obama, Ann S Dunham, Anna Obama, OBAMA STANLEY ANN DUNHAM...grew up in the village in Kenya, just as MALIK explained in a radio interview. The same child Aunt Zeituni said the kenyan wrote home about to tell the clan he had a son in the US. The child 'granny' Sarah meant when she said that 'even the President of the United States passed through my hands'

Could be that child was dark skinned, and just a little older than zero...could be it was he who attended his father's funeral in 1982, when it was reported in Kenya that the 'son of Barack Obama came to the funeral and left quietly'

Could be that son of Barack Obama attended the Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow, to which Jaramoghi Odinga Oginga, who visited Malcolm X in Atlanta in 1960, was able to obtain a number of scholarships for Kenyan studends to attend the University, including one for his own son...

100% Kenyan refers to the fact that his namesake father (forget biology for this) was apparently needed to extract him from Indonesia and cut his ties to Indonesia - legally (in the eyes of governments) and completely.

According to Indonesian law a foreign woman who marries a Indonesian citizen AUTOMATICALLY obtains Indonesian citizenship 1 year after marriage if her spouse does not renounce his Indonesian citizenship in the same period. Thus, in the eyes of Indonesia SAD was a citizen of Indonesia. Was she also a citizen of the US? No according to Indonesia law. But she could have maintained her ‘dual citizenship’ in both countries. She would just have to present herself as a citizen of each respective country while within their borders.

So with an Indonesian step father (very possibly formally adopted) and with a mother who was considered Indonesian Obama HAD to be considered an Indonesian citizen - at least by the government of Indonesia.

But for some reason he returned to Hawaii. Remember that Indonesia was very volatile during this period. The US has assisted the overthrow a communist leaning leader. Events were bloody and things were far from settled in the country. Maybe his safety was at issue. Maybe the Indonesians found SAD was doing the ‘dual citizen’ thing that is against their law. Maybe they did not start the legal 1 year married clock until the family arrived in 1967. But we know that in 1968 Obama II was removed his mother’s US passport. So what passport did he go onto? US? Indonesian? Those are really the only two options at that junction. We only know that he came off of SADs US passport. He HAD to go onto some other passport. Almost certainly this was Indonesian. So in 1968 Obama II likely had and Indonesian passport. Remember the 1969 Christmas picture with Scott? 1969! And there are references to travel back and forth between Hawaii and Indonesia all during the period the family was in Indonesia. So Barry was likely traveling on an Indonesian passport between the US and Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen.

Now why is namesake dad needed? Because Barry Soetoro’s legal guardians are not going anywhere. They are not leaving Indonesia. They are not renouncing their citizenships in 1971. So what legal right does a minor have to renounce their Indonesian citizenship and just move the to US when neither parent is having a change in citizenship? None that I found. But if a birth father comes forward and legally reclaims their adopted child from the citizen step-father or adopted father then there IS a legal path to terminate Indonesian citizenship. And this is why Obama Senior is needed in 1971. He is needed to ‘extract’ Obama II while letting the parents maintain their Indonesian citizenships. Otherwise there is no path for Obama II to terminate his Indonesian citizenship. Indonesia law prevents termination of citizenship if it were to result in a ‘stateless’ status.

So Obama Senior claims his nakesake child - legally. He does this from Hawaii in December 1971. When does this Indonesia, Kenya and the US all probably recognize Obama II as 100% KENYAN at this point. Obama senior HAS to become the SOLE legal guardian. As such, Obama II is now KENYAN without having set foot in the country. Some how, some way the guardianship is then transferred to the Dunhams.

During this period of citizenship and guardianship transfers the records would have all had to have been ‘cleaned up’ to make this happen. Thus Hawaii records would have to record Obama Senior as the father. Even if that was the case in 1961 or later. The records would have altered and refiled to satisfy that since that was required condition for Obama Senior to be able to lay legal claim to his namesake son and extract him out of Indonesia.

This is why 1971 becomes a wormhole of records in Hawaii. Whatever happened before then probably was legally altered and sealed. Not as part of some Constitutional grand conspiracy but to assist with the transfer of a child out of what was likely a dangerous place for an American child at the time.

Hopefully tomorrow will provide some answers. Lets hope so.

There isn't the slightest shred of evidence that those two boys are not David (3) and Mark (5) circa 1970, as affirmed by Mark himself.

The fact that baby David (upper right in the grouping of 4 pics) closely resembles young Barry (the other three pictures), but with David having obviously longer original baby hair at age 2. This excludes them being the same baby, IMO, as father of nearly bald babies at age 2. The resemblance goes to support the narrative in the 1961 FOIA INS docs that BHO Sr could be the father of Barry.

Ruth Baker says that BHO Sr. is that father of both Mark and David, IIRC (haven't double-checked Maraniss' interview with her, yet).

Hopefully, Zullo, Arpaio and Corsi will dispel any delusions that anyone other the Stanley Ann is Barry's mom tomorrow as they also identify the father as shown on a found original LFBC (the missing page 11 from the divorce docs, per speculation by Fogblowers).

IMO, the picture on the left is Ruth, in her late ‘20s with baby Mark (1) circa 1966.

The picture on the right is Ruth in her early ‘30s holding David (3) circa 1970 cropped from the picture of her with BHO Sr and Mark (5).

BTW I have seen no evidence that Roman Obama ever went to HI or Kenya, or any BC for him showing parents, nor do I see the slightest resemblance between Roman and BHO Sr.

Roman certainly doesn't seem to be African-Asian, which he would need to be if the product of a Filipina-BHO Sr. union in HI (and then transported to Seattle to be babysat by Mary Toutonghi in early 1960), as you seen to have speculated.

I sincerely hope that on July 17, 2012 at 5:30 PM EDT, Mike Zullo will produce something like the missing page 11 LFBC from the divorce proving that at least Stanley Ann is the mother of a baby registered in HI.
