Westfall gave no figures to back up her claim that one in 14 Texas adults doesn't have a driver's license or other form of government issued photo i.d. and would be unable to obtain one, despite the fact that the law requires the Department of Public Safety to provide photo i.d. voter cards for free. Why would they be unable to obtain one?
That's the elephant in the room that the DOJ doesn't want to face.

Then one in fourteen Texas adults should obtain a photo ID.
If they are too confined or can’t be bothered to obtain an ID, I can’t imagine that person would bother to vote.
If the ID-less want to vote, there’s plenty of time before elections.
Stop catering to laziness. If they can get out to vote, they darn well can get out to get an ID.

The correct question is:
How many LEGAL American Citizens, living in Texas, don't have a valid photo ID.

I thought the government could solve any problem. Shouldn’t assisting issue ID cards to these people be a cinch?
Especially since most of these people are already attached to the government teet on a regular basis.

By the time Joe Biden chimes in it will be ‘billions’ of voters without picture ID. Since these numbers are completely divorced from reality, and factual corroboration is not necessary, the Dim’s can just make the number whatever they wish.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Westfall, representing the Justice Department, told a federal appeals court panel in Washington that 'as many as 1.4 million people' lack the appropriate government issued i.d. needed to vote under the Texas law.
74.86% of all quoted statistics are made up on the spot.

We are being sandbagged with this ID stuff. They will soon propose National ID cards and claim that they are Constitutional in that they will give us all equal access and need for an ID. Just wait.

You need a photo Id to buy a car, get driver license, a fishing license, buy a firearm, surely one needs a photo Id for the most important of things, even elections.

I’d guess that the large part of those without a valid ID are not legally able to vote.
