Westfall gave no figures to back up her claim that one in 14 Texas adults doesn't have a driver's license or other form of government issued photo i.d. and would be unable to obtain one, despite the fact that the law requires the Department of Public Safety to provide photo i.d. voter cards for free. Why would they be unable to obtain one?
That's the elephant in the room that the DOJ doesn't want to face.

Why would they be unable to obtain one? A government-issued ID, with a photograph, can only hurt them because each time they are arrested they will be identified and their crimes will stack up.
