One of the best things about FR is the sheer simplicity of reading the site. I don't have to negotiate frames, avatars, intrusive sidebars, screened text, etc.

I don't come here to further any agenda. I just come here to stay informed.

Whatever spats may occur here at FR, the other sites simply don’t measure up. They don’t have the history, tradition, and they just aren’t any fun to use.
