Didn’t he give Muslims a blanket waiver?
Hopefully that little denial of Equal Protection will help end this beast also.

President Barack Obama reiterated his support for the HHS birth control mandate, this time adding its not fair that a woman working for a Catholic institution should bear the burden and the cost of paying for her own contraception.
Life isn’t fair. If it was you would not be President!

But we did say that big Catholic hospitals or universities who employ a lot of non-Catholics and who receive a lot of federal money, that for them to be in a position to say to a woman who works there you cant get that from your insurance company even though the institution isnt paying for it, that that crosses the line where that woman, she suddenly is gonna have to bear the burden and the cost of that. And thats not fair, Obama stated. Where does Ubama think that feral money came from?
It came from the same people who don't want to fund his abortifacient wet dreams.

Yo, Bamster: neither will Muslims.

According to Roberts the mandate is a tax, and most Catholic institutions are tax exempt, so good luck collecting.

Hopefully that little denial of Equal Protection will help end this beast of a law.

They DO NOT cover BC at the hospital pharmacy for the employees (They prefer employees buy their r/x from the hospital if possible-give lower copays etc as an incentive).
The hospital does cover BC at outside Brand X pharmacies such as Wal-mart.

she suddenly is gonna have to bear the burden and the cost of that. And thats not fair, Obama stated.Oh, the HORROR!! Having to pay for her own stuff? That is too cruel! That's inhumane!
Obama ought to raise taxes on those making more than $250,000 so that Julia can get her free stuff. Oh, wait...

Your post assumes that the court would strike it down based on a violation of equal protection.
We’ve already seen that the “jury box of liberty” is closed.

If it starts to affect you/me,
look into the Christian health sharing ministries.
Somehow, this exemption got left in the law. Members of these health sharing ministries are exempt from the mandate.
However, we’ll all be affected by the lack of supply of medical services due the socialization of the system.
